Fernando MarañónHe has developed his career as Director and Vice President of HR in multinationals such as McDonald's, Texaco or AT&T for more than 35 years.He is an international consultant, an expert in organizational development and strategy. In addition to having published six books, he contributes to various publications and is an international speaker for Latin America (Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, and Bolivia) and Spain.
An International Scrum Master, he created his own management model, Scrum Innovation, to help organizations adopt an agile and innovative culture across all departments. He is also an International Coach certified by the European School. He has conducted coaching programs in Spain for CEOs of public and private companies.
