GLOBAL MANAGER SPAIN SL has carried out an innovation project in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), whose main objective was the implementation and certification of a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. This project has been subsidized by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León within the line of promotion of innovation in SMEs.
The project was developed to improve the quality of the company's processes and services, optimize customer satisfaction, and consolidate our position as a reliable and competitive supplier. Thanks to this project, we have achieved the following results:

•  ISO 9001:2015 certification obtained, which enables us to bid in public tenders and improves our corporate image.
• Improvement in the organizational structure, implementing more efficient processes aligned with international quality standards.
• Increased customer confidence and satisfaction, thanks to the implementation of superior quality standards.

The financial support of the European Union, through the ERDF, has been fundamental to the completion of this project. This grant has allowed GLOBAL MANAGER SL to advance in its modernization and certification process, and reaffirms our commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
