One of the fundamental reasons why EPUNTO Interim Management created the Interim Management Business Institute In 2018, together with other leading international companies in this field (EIM Spain and QMT), the goal was to implement in Spain the excellence standards that prevail in countries where this activity is fully established. To achieve this, we created the “Interim Management Observatory” in which we compile the most important studies on management transition at an international level. As a result of this activity, at the beginning of 2022 we considered carrying out the “First International Study of Interim Management” which addresses different aspects related to IM whose demand for services is increasing considerably worldwide, including in Spain.
The aforementioned study contains valuable information for entrepreneurs involved in this activity and also for our clients, as it provides data and expert assessments on the advantages of the service, as well as its uses and trends in the market.
