Planned growth
Since last April, EPUNTO has been implementing its third strategic plan (Growth Plan), coinciding with a notable increase in demand for flexible management services over the past 12 months, which has provided the company with a record turnover in that period.
The first strategic plan (Start-up Plan), implemented from April 2013 to March 2016, served to position EPUNTO Interim Management as one of the main business benchmarks in flexible management, considerably increasing the maturity and effectiveness of services thanks to continuous improvement and learning.
The second strategic plan (Maturation Plan), completed last March 2019, was a turning point thanks to the launch of LIQUID Smart Technologies®, an ambitious project co-financed by CDTI. This technological platform, which comprehensively manages all of the company's activities, represents one of EPUNTO Interim Management's major competitive advantages, ensuring scalability without compromising the efficiency and quality of service delivery. During this period, the company has almost tripled its revenue compared to the previous period.
Next Steps
Currently, the company is focused on growth, both organically (serving the growing demand derived from business development) and inorganically, during the remainder of 2019 and the year 2020.
