For the president of Michelin Spain and Portugal, having a sense of humor helps a lot. "at least enough not to take oneself too seriously and to create an atmosphere where more relaxed moments are possible"He also commented that it is important to convey enthusiasm and a desire to work towards a common goal, while emphasizing that the end does not justify the means, and therefore the manager must be an example of ethical behavior.
