The winners were chosen from a total of 52 applications by the jury made up of José María Ribot, general director of the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León; Joaquín da Silva, deputy general director and Northwest territorial director of Bankinter; Miguel Ángel García, Northern territorial director of Vodafone; Carlos Fraile, general director of Renault-Nissan Consulting; Ángel García, general director of Industrias Maxi; Patricio Llorente, administrator of Collosa; Emilio del Prado, managing partner of EPUNTO Interim Management; Lorenzo Alonso, general manager of Ibecon; Luisa Alcalde, founding partner of Castilla y León Económica and president of Dircom Castilla y León; and Alberto Cagigas, director of the magazine.

The award winners in this edition were the president of Michelin Spain Portugal with the Honorary Award; Carlos Tejedor, general manager of Entrepinares Cheese Factory, with the award for Best Business Manager in Castilla y León; María Berzosa, director of the Recycled Paper factory of Europac Group in Dueñas (Palencia), at a multinational company located in Castile and León; Javier Cid, managing director of Alentia, in Finance; Fernando Villalba, Marketing Director of Protos Wineries, in Sales and Marketing; Sonia Fajardo, Human Resources Director for Southern Europe at skretting, in Human Resources; Belén Martín, general manager of Alucoil of the Aliberico Group, in Export and Internationalization; José Luis Barredo, Director of Biotechnology of Crystal Pharma, in R&D&I; Ángel Calleja, technical director and winemaker of Four Stripes Winery, in Quality; and the president of Microsoft Ibérica, in Executive from Castilla y León who succeeds abroad.
