Last Tuesday, February 14th, the EXECyL ICT Forum: The Management Challenges of Digital Transformation, with the collaboration of the ADE (Agency for Innovation, Financing and Business Internationalization of the Regional Government of Castile and León).
The event took place at the Business Solutions Centre of the Regional Government of Castile and Leónwhere more than 100 executives gathered to learn about and broaden their perspective on How to direct and manage DIGITAL for the transformation of companies, with the help of a team of professionals with vast experience.
The day began with a welcome address by the President of EXECyL, Teresa Cetulio Lorenzo, followed by the presentation from our Managing Partner Emilio del Prado based on the report The managerial challenges of digital transformation, which explains the digital challenges companies face today and how to deal with them, highlighting in its message the importance of recovering the missing link in digital transformation: the manager, the leader who must coordinate this digital transformation process in organizations.
A round table discussion then took place entitled Facing the transformation in Castile and LeónThe panel featured Jorge Pérez (Director of ONTSI-Red.es), Juan Ignacio Méndez (HR Director and head of the digital transformation project at Cadielsa), Verónica Pascual (CEO of ASTI), Manuel Velázquez (Partner at Expense Reduction Analysts), Eduardo Estévez (Director of Family Businesses in Castile and León), and was moderated by José Manuel Bernárdez (leader of the EXECyL ICT Forum and IT Manager at Gadea Pharmaceutical Group, a division of AMRI). This panel was a blend of perspectives and experiences, where each participant shared their vision and offered recommendations for navigating the current transformation.
The closing of the event was led by José María Ribot, General Director of the Agency for Innovation, Financing and Business Internationalization of the Junta de Castilla y León, highlighting the importance of Digitalization and Strategy 4.0 in Castilla y León.
EXECyL ICT Forum It was a successful, engaging, and dynamic day. From early morning, the #forotic event had a presence on social media, and with each presentation, interaction on social networks intensified.
