Interim Management, a new way of managing
Last Thursday, November 27th, a meeting was held at the headquarters of General Council of Economists la dayINTERIM MANAGEMENT, A NEW WAY OF LEADING. DIFFERENTIATED VALUE AND ADVANTAGES" summoned by the Interim Management Association of Spain (AIME), with the participation of more than 80 attendees.
The session began with the President of AIME explaining the concept of Interim Management, as well as AIME's aims and objectives. Following him was Emilio del Prado, Managing Partner of EPUNTO Interim Management The AIME delegate in Castilla y León explained the important advantages that hiring these types of professionals brings to companies and how they add value.
Finally, a lively question and answer session was opened, which had to be extended for an hour longer than planned due to the great interest of the attendees.
The Spanish Interim Management Association expressed its willingness to organize similar events soon in its territorial delegations, such as the one in Castilla y León.
