Last Friday, November 24, the Institute of Directors and Administrators (IC-A) brought together members of the association, executives and experts on the digital economy at the NH Collection Eurobuilding Hotel in Madrid for the event 'Five key aspects of the Digital World in the Board of Directors'. An initiative within the Continuity Program 'The Digital World in the Board of Directors' Emilio del Prado, managing partner of EPUNTO Interim Management, participated as a speaker.

The event, which took place from 8:45 to 10:55 am, brought together executives and experts from the data economy and covered the most relevant aspects of digital transformation for boards of directors. What is IC-A

El Institute of Directors and Administrators It is the Spanish Association of Councillors, an independent and non-political organization whose mission and objectives are:
- La promotion, dissemination and establishment of the most advanced international models of Corporate Governancethe highest standards of professional standards and best ethical practices in the governance of companies or entities.
- El Professional development, updating and training of Board Members, Administrators, Senior Managers and other actors in Corporate Governance, according to consolidated models, in order to facilitate the professionalization of their role.
- La representation and defense of the interests of the Directors and Administratorsbefore society in general and, more specifically, before public administrations, the media and public or private bodies and entities that are related to them.
- Facilitate the development of professional and personal relationships among the Directors, Administrators and Managers who are members of the Association
- The establishment of links of the association, more or less stable, with other associations or entities, Spanish or foreign, that pursue similar or complementary aims to those of the IC-A.
