Interim management as an effective resource for change
We are in a socioeconomic context where companies are seeking to adapt quickly to the current situation, improve their productivity, define their structures, reduce their costs, redefine their strategies… in short, to change. This conference will analyze interim management as an effective resource for managing change within companies.
The day is organized by the Asturian Federation of Businessmen and Interim Management Association of Spain.
