Client and Sector: Our client, a leading multinational company in the sector Food with operations in Spain (North and Central)It was in the midst of a complete transformation after being acquired by a Private Equity fund.

The Situation / Need (The Pain):

The organization faced a critical challenge: the need to implement a complex Competitiveness Plan to guarantee the viability and sustainable future of the business. This plan involved highly sensitive actions, such as streamlining work centers and restructuring the workforce. They required immediate executive leadership, a Senior Advisor with proven experience (Accountability), capable of managing negotiations with unions and public administrations and implementing complex decisions from day one.

What was the main challenge in this project?
