A 7-month project to lead the scaling of the organization and transform the corporate culture towards high performance

Client and Sector: Our client, a leading company in the Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical sector with operations in Madrid (Spain), was at a crucial moment of planned growth and business expansion.

The Situation / Need (The Pain):

The organization faced a critical challenge: the urgent need to adapt its organizational structure and human resources to a new scale of business. They required immediate executive leadership with proven experience (Accountability), capable of making decisions and executing a cultural and organizational transformation plan from day one.

What was the main challenge in this project?

The challenge was to lead the organization through a phase of rapid growth, adapting the structure and corporate culture to the new scale of the business. A 'plug and play' executive was needed who could provide immediate solutions without a learning curve.
