The Assistant has been trained exclusively with the content published on our website and with the accumulated experience of more than a decade leading interim management services in Spain and Portugal.

2. Proprietary technology and confidentiality

The Assistant is a proprietary technological development by EPUNTO based on a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system designed and managed internally. It is not a generic third-party chatbot, but a solution built specifically for our area of ​​expertise.

Key aspects of our technological architecture:

• Own infrastructure: The system is hosted on EPUNTO's own servers, which are managed by EPUNTO. All information is processed and stored within our infrastructure, without the intervention of unauthorized third parties.
• Total control of the data: The information provided by users during conversations never leaves our controlled environment. We do not share, sell, or transfer conversation data to third parties.
• Closed knowledge base: The Assistant responds solely based on information contained in our proprietary knowledge base. It does not access the internet or consult external sources during conversations.
• Without third-party training: Conversations with the Assistant are not used to train third-party AI models. Our RAG technology operates independently, and interaction data remains exclusively under our control.

3. Scope and limitations

The Assistant is designed to:

• Report on EPUNTO's interim management services.
• To guide companies on our management and transformation solutions.
• To guide professionals interested in joining our network of interim managers.
• Facilitate the scheduling of meetings with our management team.

• Attempt to extract, replicate, or reverse engineer the Assistant's knowledge base or technology.

8 Availability
